1、Wear comfortable shoes that is easy to spin on hardwood floor. If possible, wear Latin dance shoes or jazz shoes with suede sole.

Class Content

Consider this class the combination of Solo (Shine) Latin dance and Aerobic exercise. If you haven't tried this before, we are certain you will enjoy the combination of upbeat Latin music, exotic Latin dance movements, and vigorous exercise.

For Salsa/Latin dancers, this class will be a perfect opportunity to go back to the basic and reinforce the fundamentals. During the 90 minutes workout, Cindy & I will help you make corrections when necessary so that you can impove from each session.

Other than Salsa, we combine all Latin movements into our practice, include Bachata, Merenge, Chacha, Rumba, Samba, Jive, and even India Bollywood. Latin dance movements are all inter-related, these exercise will surely improve your body coordination and help you with your preferred dance, whichever that is.

Last but not least, the vigorous exercise will burn almost 1000 Calories easily with each session! Whether your goal is weight control, stay fit, or just have fun; Latin Motion will surely tone your body, strengthen muscle in the waist, thigh, hips section.

Toward the end, Cindy will lead everyone through a 10-minuite silent sitting mediation session, where we can leverage the simple breathing technique to replenish our body with oxygen, inject fresh energy through pampering our mind, body & soul.
